Hello, my name is Gabriel Yanqui, and I am a hard-working student currently in my second semester of Applied Technology at BYU Idaho. With a strong passion for technology and an impressive academic and professional background, I am dedicated to pursuing excellence in my chosen field. As a back-end programmer specializing in Python, I have developed a solid academic record and am committed to continually learning and expanding my knowledge and skills. I possess strong programming skills in several languages, including HTML and CSS for website design and Python for web application development. My proficiency in coding allows me to create functional and user-friendly web applications to meet clients' needs.
In addition to my programming skills, I have excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling me to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. I have the ability to listen to clients and deliver web development solutions that meet their specific requirements. I am a valuable team player, and my strong teamwork skills allow me to work collaboratively with others, contribute to team projects and learn from my colleagues.
Furthermore, I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel, which has honed my analytical and problem-solving abilities. I am capable of managing data and manipulating spreadsheets to provide valuable insights that support business decision-making. Overall, my skills in programming, communication, customer service, teamwork, and Microsoft Excel make me a versatile and valuable contributor to any web development team.
Experience
As a current student of Applied Technology in my second semester at BYU Idaho, I have gained valuable theoretical knowledge in various areas of technology, including database management, networking, and cybersecurity, which has complemented my practical experience in web development.
In addition to my experience in web development, I have also gained valuable experience in customer service and implementation. For two years, I worked as a customer service representative for a retail company, where I developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills while providing top-notch service to customers. Following that, I worked for six months as an implementation specialist for a software company, where I was responsible for ensuring successful implementation of software solutions for clients.
Through these experiences, I have become a well-rounded and adaptable individual with the ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments. My skills in customer service, project management, and implementation, coupled with my technical expertise in web development, make me a valuable asset to any team. I am excited to continue growing and learning in my career and to bring my diverse experience and skills to new challenges.
